Proposal for community out reach.
For community out reach I am going to Auto mobil dealer ships (mostly car and scooter) film them and provide advertisements for the dealership and they could offer some deals for the students or give useful information for the Rollins students. Also, they could be possible sponsor for the R-TV.

This is pretty sparse, Tae. I'm also seeing the same things on all of these. I need some more details on who you're contacting, what their responses are, what you're planning to shoot, when you will have a finished product, etc.
